Home Base
Suazo Contracting Company is a general contractor in Knightdale, NC, and Knightdale is where most of our work happens. Our shop is at 109 Rochelle Dr, minutes from Highway 64 and the I-540 Outer Loop, which puts Raleigh, Wake Forest, Zebulon, Wendell and Garner all within an easy drive.
In September 2026 BusinessRate ranked us the number one contractor in Knightdale based on Google reviews. We build custom homes, renovate and add on to existing ones, build decks and garages and handle electrical work under our own NC electrical license. Knightdale permits go through the Town of Knightdale Development Services office, and county projects through Wake County Planning.
We also serve Morrisville and Youngsville, and we take projects farther out across the Triangle when the fit is right. If your town is not listed below, ask us.
