Whole-Home Remodeling
We take dated split-levels, 1900s farmhouses and tired ranches and bring them back to life, one crew from demo to the last door handle.
Suazo Contracting is a home renovation contractor serving Raleigh, Knightdale and the surrounding Triangle. Whether it is a whole-home remodel, an open floor plan conversion or a room-by-room refresh, Ramon Suazo and his crew plan it, permit it and build it under one North Carolina general contractor license.
Our recent work includes a full renovation of a split-level in Raleigh's Pickwick neighborhood, the restoration of a 1907 farmhouse on West Oak in Wake Forest and the complete redevelopment of a Dandridge Drive home in southeast Raleigh. You can see all of them on our project photos page.
Renovations touch every trade. Because we also hold an electrical license, we rewire as we open walls instead of waiting on a subcontractor, which keeps the schedule tight.

Local Knowledge
Raleigh renovations run through the City of Raleigh permit portal and Knightdale projects through Knightdale Development Services. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections so you do not have to.
Much of the housing in east Raleigh, Knightdale and Garner was built between the 1960s and the 1990s. These homes have good bones and small, closed-off rooms, and they are exactly the kind of house we are used to opening up.

It depends on the square footage, the structural work and the finishes you pick, so we do not quote off the phone. After a site visit you get a line-item proposal that shows exactly where the money goes.
