Hardwood, LVP & Tile
Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile installed level, tight and in one continuous run through the whole house, stairs included.
Suazo Contracting handles flooring installation in Raleigh, Knightdale and the surrounding Wake County towns. We install hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank and porcelain tile, and because we are a general contractor we fix the subfloor, the squeaks and the out-of-level spots first instead of hiding them.
Most of our flooring work is whole-house: pulling carpet and old laminate, running one floor through the main level and refinishing or recladding the stairs to match. It is the single change that makes an older home feel new.
Flooring is often the last step of a kitchen remodel or whole-home renovation, but we take flooring-only projects across Raleigh, Garner and Clayton too.

How It Works
Local Knowledge
Humidity in central North Carolina swings hard between July and January, so we acclimate hardwood in the house before installation and leave the expansion gaps the manufacturer calls for. Skipping that step is why so many floors around Raleigh cup and gap.
Crawlspace homes, which are most of Knightdale and east Raleigh, need a dry subfloor before any wood goes down. We check moisture with a meter and tell you if the crawlspace needs attention first.

For most families it is luxury vinyl plank on the main level because it is waterproof and handles kids and dogs. Hardwood adds the most value. Tile is best in baths and laundry rooms. We will show you samples at the site visit.
