A bathroom is the most unforgiving room in the house to build. We use proper waterproofing membranes behind every tile shower, slope the pans correctly and set the ventilation and GFCI circuits ourselves under our electrical license.

Bathrooms that move plumbing or add circuits are permitted and inspected in Raleigh, Knightdale and every Wake County town. We handle the permit through the city or Wake County and schedule the inspections.
Older homes in east Raleigh and Knightdale often have a single small primary bath with a fiberglass tub-shower insert. The most common project we see is converting that into a tiled walk-in shower and adding a second sink.
A hall bath usually takes two to three weeks of construction. A primary bath with a tile shower and new layout runs four to six weeks.
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common projects, and we rebuild the pan, waterproofing and tile from scratch.
Yes. Relocating the toilet, moving a drain or adding a second sink is permitted and done as part of the remodel.
Yes. Electric radiant floor heat under tile is wired by our own licensed electricians.
Not if it is built right. We use sheet or liquid waterproofing membranes behind every tile shower and flood-test the pan before tiling.
