Suazo Contracting is a residential general contractor in Raleigh, NC, based just east of the city in Knightdale. Raleigh is where most of our renovation work happens. We took a split-level in the Pickwick neighborhood down to the studs and brought it back as an open, modern home, and we fully redeveloped a house on Dandridge Drive in southeast Raleigh. The housing we see most inside the Beltline and in east and southeast Raleigh was built between the 1950s and the 1980s: brick ranches, split-levels and two-story colonials with small kitchens and closed floor plans. Opening those plans, remodeling the kitchen and upgrading 100-amp panels are the three most common projects we are hired for in Raleigh.
Permits in the city go through the City of Raleigh Development Services portal, which we use every week. We also work with Raleigh investors on fix and flip projects, where permitted work and a fast schedule protect the deal.
