Our West Oak project, a farmhouse built in 1907, is one of the jobs we are proudest of: new structure where it was needed, new systems throughout and finishes that respect the age of the house.
Wake Forest has two kinds of houses that call us. Older homes near downtown and the Seminary need careful renovation and rewiring. Newer homes in Heritage, Traditions and along Rogers Road need kitchen updates, decks and screened porches and finished bonus rooms.
Permits inside town limits are handled by the Town of Wake Forest, and we are also licensed for the new home construction happening on larger lots toward Rolesville and Youngsville.
